It was great working with Dawn again with the recent purchase of a single family home in Alpena. We have lost track on how many times she has helped us with buying and selling homes in the area over the years! Dawn is a true professional who takes pride in what she does! It has been a long trek for sure. Penny always showed up with a smile no matter how many houses we asked to see or how far we asked her to drive. She was almost always available and would respond back in a very timely manner. Over the past two years of her helping find the rite place it seems as though we are family:) We would for sure recommend Penny to friends and family and plan to list our previous home with her. Had a realtor prior to Anisa outside from Century 21, that realtor couldn't get me in to look at any of the houses i wanted to view. the last house i contacted that realtor to go look at, he replied to me the next week that it was already contingent and couldn't look at it, in the meantime i contacted Anisa 3 days prior to my first realtor getting back with me to look at this same house and she got me in on the same day of contacting her. From this point obviously i was sticking with Anisa because she could work with me in a timely manner and got me into all the houses i wanted to look at.

Anisa was awesome to work with and I would definitely go to her for any of my future buying needs

From the moment we choose Kristin we knew we were in the right hands because of her bubbly personality. We didn't feel intimidated by her and also we felt that she knew what she was doing. And if she didn't know the answer she would find it for us promptly! Really appreciated that!

We love Bob I would of never had trusted any one else to sell our house, and get us into our new one. Bob is very informative, on his game and always so nice. He made the process so smoothly, even when things were stressful on our end. He gave us great tips to get our house ready for showings. He even messaged and called us after hours to answer our questions and needs. He got us in the houses if not that day the next day to see them. He gave us all the information on the houses. Letting us know the stipulations, where do do the best price points on both houses. We loved Bobs advice. We highly recomend him to all of our family and friends. If we decide to sell in the long future we hope that Bob is still working. We had the best experience all the way around. He made eveything so easy and explained everything. We definitely love Bob!

I went from not knowing Mr Morris to I will trust and recommend him. He went above and beyond what he had to do. As a buyer not familiar with the process he made it seemless and no stress.

Great experience

I was anxious about the home buying experience in this current market. Josh made contact with us and after hearing what were looking for, sent us specific listing and followed up on some that would fit our needs. He walked us through the steps and suggested options for inspections and other businesses we would need to use. I've only used a realtor a couple times and Josh made the whole process easy and comfortable. If I had a question it was very easy to get an answer quickly and I never felt pressured or rushed to give an answer to a question or situation he would bring up. I feel he made this a great home buying experience for us.

Mari has an excellent reputation in the Alpena community. She is very professional,friendly and timely in her communication. I will definitely contact Mari with future real estate ventures.

Bob Lang was my sanity in this whole experience, he kept my lenders moving forward, kept the seller and us as a buyer happy. He was fair and in contact everday to keep us updated on what was happening. I will chose Bob again when we start looking for commercial property and will send all my family and friends to him for buying or selling property. He is a man of action and will provide a service that is fair for the buyer and the seller. Thank you Bob for getting us through the process and into our new home.
